About
Adi Sarosa
Adi Sarosa is a growth strategist and emerging business owner with more than a decade of experience helping organizations scale through strategic and operational improvements. His career has taken him across fields including consulting, research, content marketing, and policy communications, giving him the opportunity to advise organizations in industries including healthcare, education, financial services, and energy. Today, as he prepares to lead Slowey McManus Communications as owner and growth partner, Adi is bringing his opportunity-driven approach to the public relations industry, where he plans to expand internationally, introduce new technologies, and create sustainable backend support to drive long-term growth.
In his current role as Senior Economic Validation Analyst at Informa TechTarget, Adi works with technology and software vendors to determine the business benefits of investing in specific technologies. Before joining Informa TechTarget, he held roles including Total Economic Impact Consultant at Forrester Research and Senior Consultant at Fuld + Company, where he used his experience in ROI analysis and economic validation to help companies navigate technology adoption initiatives and expansion strategies. Over time, his expertise in business growth, value assessments, team management, and service delivery has cemented his reputation for helping organizations turn operational challenges into measurable business outcomes and has given him a blueprint for his leadership role at Slowey McManus Communications.
Born in the Bay Area and raised between the United States and Indonesia, Adi later attended college in Seattle and built his early career across both countries. His family often traveled extensively, journeys that taught him how to adapt and to build connections, and which fostered his enduring love of learning and understanding others. That curiosity and passion for problem-solving led him to pursue an undergraduate degree in international relations, a graduate degree in business, a study abroad experience in Spain, and community work in Panama supporting rural lawyers. His deep interest in people, industries, and geographies also helped pave the way for his career in consulting and client services, and continues to drive him to work with and learn from a wide array of clients.

Adi’s insights have helped shape several high-profile publications and industry workshops, including detailed reports for Omdia by Informa Tech Target and Forrester, as well as organizational webinars exploring the potential benefits of implementing various software solutions. Outside of the professional sphere, Adi has been actively involved in organizations including Toastmasters International, where he is the VP of Education, as well as the Boston Chamber of Commerce, the Run Club of Malden, and Boston Cares, where he supports local businesses and the community. He is also an avid runner, having first turned to long-distance running as a way to stay healthy and make time for reflection. To date, Adi has completed three full marathons, with the upcoming 2026 Bank of America Chicago Marathon being the fourth, and has a long-term goal of completing the six world major marathons.
Whether personal or professional, Adi approaches every challenge with the same philosophy: set ambitious goals, build a thoughtful plan, and commit fully to the process. It’s this combination of focus, discipline, and continuous learning that will shape his future leadership, and that presently enables him to drive meaningful growth for the organizations and communities he serves.
